Coronation Street spoilers: Shona Ramsay saves Billy Mayhew from eviction as she moves in with him and Summer
The drug addicted vicar is threatened with homelessness as landlady Tracy Barlow calls him out on his rent arrears before branding him a junkie
STRUGGLING vicar Billy Mayhew is threatened with homelessness when his landlady Tracy Barlow evicts him from the flat he shares with schoolgirl Summer Spellman.
Tracy is furious that Billy is three months in arrears with the rent and angrily tells him that she doesn’t want a junkie living in her flat.
Billy is humiliated as Summer is currently at Eileen Grimshaw’s packing her things and getting ready to move back into the flat with him.
A desperate Billy approaches his ex-lover Todd Grimshaw’s former business partner Adam Barlow and asks if Todd had any wages due before he did his disappearing act before Christmas.
An unimpressed Adam sends Billy packing, but the recovering drug addict takes the opportunity to apologise to the young solicitor for all the trouble and heartache he’s caused him and his family.
His heartfelt apology clearly works as later in the week Adam teams up with Shona Ramsey to try and help Summer and Billy keep their home.

Shona asks Adam if he can try to persuade Tracy to change her mind and even offers to move in with them and act as guarantor.
Shona then steps in and helps Billy with Summer after he confides in the café worker that he’s worried about her recent behaviour.
She reassures him that Summer needs him and is just lashing out because she is hurt. Taking her words on board, Billy thanks her and promises to work on his relationship with Summer.
